General Policies

  •  3-night non-refundable deposit required to reserve a room. 
  • Transfers allowed once, if cancelling 7+ days before the stay. Transfers apply to a new or existing stay; we do not hold credits. 
  • Exceptional situations may be considered for a credit — just ask. 


  •  Adjustment: change dates within same booking month. 
  • Transfer: cancel and move to completely new dates. 
  • Notice: All stay changes require 7 days’ notice. 


  •  Cats must always be in a carrier in our building hallways and office. Required by strata and the safety of all cats.  
  • Double Door Entry -  For safety reasons, please wait at the second interior door as indicated by signage. Use the doorbell if a staff member does not see you 


  •  Payments are non-refundable. Early pick-ups do not reduce charges. 
  • All Stays require 7 days’ notice to have it reflected on the bill 


Appointments: 

  • Drop-off: 9am–2:45pm 
  • Pick-up: 9am–1pm (extension available with extra night charged) 
  • Viewings: 12:30–2:30pm (15–20 min, not over long weekends, Spring Break, Christmas) 


  •  Open 7 days/week, 9am–3pm (closed Dec 25 & Jan 1). 
  • 15-minute time slots. $5 fee for arriving outside your scheduled time without prior call. 


  •  All Year: 3 nights 
  • Summer & Spring Break: 5 nights 
  • Christmas: 7 nights (Starting Dec 18-Dec 30)
  • Shorter stays may be allowed based on availability; minimum charges apply. 


Seasonal Policies

  •  Long Weekends: Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Truth & Reconciliation, Thanksgiving 
  • Spring Break: Dates vary 
  • Summer: June 15 – September 15 
  • Christmas: December 15 – January 5 


  •  Long Weekends: $10 per night on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 
  • Spring Break: $5 per night on dates within the Spring Break period 
  • Christmas: $10 per night on dates within the Christmas period 


  •  Christmas bookings are exempt from discounts. Discounts only apply to dates outside December 15 – January 5. 
  • A 50% deposit is required for bookings starting Dec 15 or later. Three nights of this deposit are nontransferable. The remaining deposit may be kept as a credit if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date. 
  • Confirmation Policy: One month before your stay, we email you to confirm your booking. Please confirm within 7 days. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, your booking will be canceled to accommodate others on our waitlist. 


Requirements

All Guests are required, unless exempt for medical reasons by a vet, to have the following:

Vaccinations

 All cats must have a current FVRCP (HCP, Felocell 3, Distemper, etc.) vaccination, starting at 10 weeks old, and within the last 3 years. Proof is required before or at your first drop-off appointment. Accepted proof includes: 

  • A copy of your cat’s most recent vet invoice (preferred) 
  • A vaccine record or certificate from your vet 
  • A VaxPassport (must be brought in person) 
  • Verification via vet office call 

Outdoor cats, those living with dogs, or purebreds are recommended to discuss Feline Leukemia and Rabies vaccines with their vet. 

Flea Protection

 Vet-approved flea medications only: Advantage II, Revolution, Selavectine, NexGard, or Bravecto. Flea collars are not accepted. 

  •  We carry Advantage II for $30 + GST. 
  •  Required for kitties over 1 year old. 
  •  If you bring your flea treatment to drop-off, we can show you how to apply it or apply it for you every time — no charge. 

Spay & Neuter

 All cats must be spayed or neutered after 6 months of age. We suggest doing this between 14–21 weeks old.
