What We Supply

What to Pack

  •  Up to 3 fabric items (bed, blanket, towel, or an item of your clothing)
    Even if your cat doesn’t use these at home, familiar scents can be very comforting. 
  • Toys We recommend not bringing your cat’s favorite toy. Toys can occasionally get accidentally lost or traded under the doors.
  • Food in its original packaging (please send enough for your cat’s stay)
  • Treats (optional but encouraged!) 
  • First-time stays: vaccination records, if they haven’t been sent in advance 

Extras We Accept

  •  Water fountains 
  • Automatic feeders 
  • Litter only if discussed with a staff member prior to arrival 

If you’re bringing anything that needs to be plugged in, please let us know ahead of time and include a 6–8 ft extension cord.  

What We Do Not Accept

  •  Food or water dishes
  • Litter boxes 
  • Cat posts 
  • Cat cameras 
  • Auto-feeders that require Wi-Fi 

A Few Helpful Packing Notes

  •  Please send all belongings in a reusable bag so we can easily pack everything back up for pick-up. 
  • There’s no need to label your cat’s items or food — we’ll take care of that for you. 
  • Please send food in its original packaging so we know exactly what your cat eats if they run low.
    (If it’s a giant 15 kg bag… please don’t — we truly have nowhere to put it 😄)
