Surrey changes so fast you practically need a new map every six months, new developments, new roads, new faces on every block. Through all of it, Cat Utopia has stayed exactly where we started: a family-run, cat-only space that’s grown up alongside this city instead of just sitting in it, watching it change from the sidelines. If you’re looking for Surrey cat boarding, you’re not searching for a stranger, you’re looking for the place that’s already part of your neighbourhood, probably a few minutes from wherever you’re reading this.
Why Our Care Is Different
We’re a little obsessed with cats… in the healthiest way possible.
Cat Utopia has never been about filling our rooms. We built this business because we believe exceptional care is about the whole experience, not just the stay itself. We invest in our staff, support our community, and keep learning because better people provide better care. That’s the kind of cat hotel we’d want for our own cats.
We’re their friends. You’re their family. 🧡
Valet Service
Since we’re already in Surrey, most local Cat Taxi runs fall in our lowest pricing tier, $55 for most of the city, with a few areas landing at $75. Whether you’re in Whalley, Guildford, Fraser Heights, South Surrey, or nearby in White Rock, Crescent Beach, or Delta, our team can pick your cat up and bring them home again. When you’re this close, “valet” starts to feel less like a fancy word and more like your neighbour offering a ride.
It’s like Uber, but for the fluffy ones.
Local Favourites
If you’re stocking up before your cat’s stay, Bosley’s on 88th and Fraser Highway is one of our go-to spots. Pet Land in Grandview has become our most visited store in Surrey – Alan is dedicated to helping us here at Cat Utopia. We also recently teamed up with Ridgeview Animal Hospital for a community pet fair, they’re a great crew and one of the local vets we’re proud to know.
